I want to thank you for all the mails received as feedback of this Blog .
As much of you , you are interested in the Blog but you say that you didn’t have time to read all the posts , I have decided to stop some days till end January to continue with a new Post.
Hoping that this will give you some time at the beginning of this uncertain year and the opportunity to go trough the different themes and I’ll appreciate your comments or separate mails.

After 36 years of work in the washing , cleaning and deburring of mechanical parts for all the automotive Industry around the world ,I’m starting now a new complementary activity trough this Blog.
It has been a passion , an a very innovative world.
More than 1.000 washing problems , 1.000 special applications all around the world following the needs of better quality in the Automotive Industry .
From Spain to France at the beginning ,and after to UK, Italy, Germany, Russia, USA , Canada, Sweden, Brazil, China, Mexico …
Thousands of experiences and anecdotes helping the automotive engineers .
Now I’ll try to continue to help the new automotive engineers arriving to this strange world :

My name is Juan Agullo. born in Barcelona(Spain). One of the “Agullo” former company founders and managers. “Agullo” was a family own company specialised in the engineering and manufacturing of special washing machines and deburring applications for the Automotive Industry. Starting in the washing business more than 40 years ago with factories in Spain , France and Chekia it delivered high quality machines to the Automotive Industry around the world. I worked on the engineering, concept and sales of these special machines in the company for 26 years till the day that pushed by our clients to become bigger , we sold the company to the german group DÜRR Ecoclean gmbh for who I worked for 10 more years. AGULLO has been the leader in washing/deburring machines in the Automotive Industry for many years. All this time been in the top line worldwide with innovation and quality has carried a lot of experience , opportunities and good friends. Now I’ll try to transmit a part of that in this blog.

Mi nombre es Juan Agulló , nacido en Barcelona (España). Uno de los fundadores y “managers” de la compañía AGULLO.
AGULLO era una empresa familiar especializada en la Ingeniería y fabricación de Instalaciones y máquinas para la limpieza y desbarbado de piezas mecánicas para la Industria del Automóvil.
Agullo empezó en la actividad de la limpieza de piezas hace más de 40 años con fábricas en España . Francia y Chekia suministrando máquinas de alta calidad a la Industria de Automóvil en todo el mundo.
Trabajé en la Ingeniería de concepción de Procesos y venta de éstas máquinas en la empresa por más de 26 años , hasta el día que empujados por nuestros clientes a aumentar de tamaño de empresa(éramos 150 personas) vendimos la compañía al grupo alemán Dürr Ecoclean con el cual continué trabajando por diez años mas.
AGULLO ha sido el líder en las Instalaciones de limpieza y desbarbado de piezas mecánicas en la Industria del Automóvil por muchos años . Todo este tiempo estando en la vanguardia mundial y en contacto contínuo con la Industria del Automóvil con innovación y calidad me han acarreado multitud de experiencias, oportunidades y buenos amigos. Ahora intentaré transmitir un pedazo de todo ésto en mi Blog.

Mon nom est Juan Agullo . Née a Barcelona (Espagne) . Un des fondateurs et managers de la société AGULLO.
AGULLO était une entreprise familiale spécialise dans l’Engineering et construction de machines et Installations de nettoyage et ébavurage de pièces mécaniques pour l’Industrie Automobile .
La société AGULLO a commencé ses activités de machines de nettoyage il fait plus de 40 ans ayant disposé d’usines de fabrication en Espagne, France et Chekia fournissant des machines de haute qualité a l’Industrie Automobile du monde entier.
J’ai travaillé dans l’engineering de conception du Process et dans les ventes de ces machines dans la société pour plus de 26 ans , jusqu’au jour que poussés par nos clients à être une société de plus grande dimension (nous étions 150 personnes) nous avons vendu la société au groupe allemand Dürr Ecoclean pour lequel j’ai encore travaillé pendant 10 ans de plus.
AGULLO a été lider dans les Installations de lavage et ébavurage de pièces mécaniques dans l’industrie automobile pour beaucoup d’années. Pendant tout ce temps étant a l’avant-garde mondiale et en contact continue avec l industrie Automobile , j’ai vécu beaucoup d’expériences , opportunités et bon amis . Maintenant je vais essayer de transmettre une part de tout cela a travers de ce Blog.
